The Feast of the Presentation of the Lord has been a celebration of consecrated life since 1997. This year, in 2025, the celebration fell on Saturday, February 1. Our community participated in this gathering at the Prague Cathedral, where a Holy Mass was held at 10 a.m., preceded by a candlelight procession from the Church of All Saints.

On Thursday, January 30, the opening of the new gallery took place, following renovations that included the installation of new lighting, security systems, and a complete reorganization of the visitor route. This event showcased the results of these efforts.

Below, we bring you an interview with Brother Gorazd, who serves as a cantor at the Strahov Monastery. Under his leadership, the Schola Strahoviensis operates—a choir composed of the brothers from the Strahov convent. Every year in Milevsko, on the Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross, a solemn vespers is held in honor of the Holy Nail from the Cross, which was discovered at the turn of 2020 and 2021 in the premises of the Church of St. Giles in the Milevsko Monastery.
