Refreshments options

If you're looking for refreshment options within our grounds, we especially recommend our unique restaurant, Na Pekle, located in the former wine cellars of the Strahov Monastery. This is what makes it so distinctive, along with its traditional Czech cuisine. More information can be found on the Na Pekle restaurant's website.

Further within the premises...

An interesting way to spend time within our premises is to visit the Museum of Miniatures. Here, you can see unique exhibits such as a shod flea, a golden bicycle on the head of a sewing needle, and many other fascinating items. In its field, the Museum of Microminiatures is one of the largest in Europe. We recommend exploring the Museum of Miniatures' website for more information.

We also recommend taking the opportunity to spend some lovely moments in our gardens, which surround the monastery complex. Don’t miss the stunning views of Prague, whether from the area near the Abbot’s Garden or close to the Statue of Our Lady of Exile.
