Dear Employees and Collaborators,
The Royal Canonry of Premonstratensians at Strahov recognizes that it can only fulfill its duties properly in an environment of mutual trust. Therefore, in accordance with Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the Protection of Whistleblowers, we have established an internal notification system through which you can report potential unlawful conduct that has occurred or may occur within the Royal Canonry of Premonstratensians at Strahov. Submitting a notification helps reduce the risk of unlawful actions and improves the operations of the Royal Canonry of Premonstratensians at Strahov.
How can I submit a notification?

To ensure your notification can be properly investigated, please complete the entire form carefully. Include as much detail as you can, such as:
- A description of the conduct and the individuals involved.
- When and where the event occurred and how long it lasted.
- When and how you became aware of it.
- Who else knows about the event.
- Whether you have already informed someone about the event, such as your supervisor or management.
- Attach any documents related to the event if available.
Who can submit a notification?
The internal notification system is designed for employees, persons in service relationships, interns, participants in professional practice, and volunteers. We have decided to exclude notifications from individuals who do not perform work or similar activities for the Royal Canonry of Premonstratensians at Strahov, as defined by Section 2, Paragraph 3, Points (a), (b), (h), or (i) of the Whistleblower Protection Act. This system is not intended for handling routine business issues or addressing actions within other entities, such as parishes or religious orders.
What happens to the notification after it is submitted?
The notification will be delivered to designated persons, who will assess its validity, investigate the reported conduct, and recommend measures to prevent or rectify it to the Royal Canonry of Premonstratensians at Strahov. Rest assured, all notifications will be thoroughly reviewed. To guarantee proper and impartial investigation, we have appointed lawyers Dr. Jakub Kříž, Ph.D., and Mgr. Jiří Kubík from Lexius Advocates, s.r.o. (+420 703 142 855, oznameni@lexius.cz) as designated persons. You will be regularly informed about the processing of your notification.
Who will know my identity?
The condition for submitting a notification is providing the whistleblower's identification details. However, these details, as well as the content of the notification, will only be accessible to the staff of Lexius Advocates, s.r.o., who ensure the role of designated persons for thorough investigation. All communication with you will remain confidential. In accordance with legal requirements, your identification details and the content of your notification will not be shared with the management or staff of the Royal Canonry of Premonstratensians at Strahov.
Can I submit a notification anonymously?
No. Notifications without the whistleblower's identification details do not qualify as notifications under the Whistleblower Protection Act. Such submissions will be treated as informational suggestions and forwarded to the management of the Royal Canonry of Premonstratensians at Strahov outside of the internal notification system.
What conduct should I report?
The internal notification system is intended for reporting actions that violate legal regulations of secular law. Notifications about violations of canonical or moral norms do not qualify as notifications under the Whistleblower Protection Act. These will also be forwarded as informational suggestions to the management of the Royal Canonry of Premonstratensians at Strahov outside of the internal system.
Am I at risk for submitting a notification?
Knowingly submitting a false notification is an offense under the Whistleblower Protection Act, punishable by a fine of up to CZK 50,000. However, an honest whistleblower faces no danger. Your identity and the content of your notification will only be known to designated persons. The Royal Canonry of Premonstratensians at Strahov will not penalize you for submitting a notification in any way.
