The legal basis for processing your personal data is that the processing is necessary to: take measures by the controller prior to entering into a contract, as per Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation").

3. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

  • The purpose of processing your personal data is to take measures by the controller prior to entering into a contract—responding to your inquiry submitted via the form.
  • The controller does not conduct automated individual decision-making as defined in Article 22 of the Regulation.

4. RETENTION PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will be processed for the time necessary to respond to your inquiry and during any subsequent communication.

5. OTHER RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

  • Other recipients of your personal data will include those providing technical services to the controller related to the operation of the website or ticket sales e-shop, including software operation and data storage.
  • The controller does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country (outside the EU) or an international organization.
