Every year in Milevsko, on the Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross, a solemn vespers is held in honor of the Holy Nail from the Cross, which was discovered at the turn of 2020 and 2021 in the premises of the Church of St. Giles in the Milevsko Monastery.

The Strahov Monastery was honored this year, 2024, by hosting the participants of the General Chapter of the Premonstratensian Order, which took place from July 23 to August 3, 2024, within its walls.
